If you receive a defective product, please reach out within 14 days detailing the concern and be prepared to follow up with a few photos of the area(s) you believe to be at fault. If we determine there was a manufacturing issue, we'll report the flaw to our plant and issue a refund for the initial cost of the product. Due to the thin margins on our hardware, we cannot refund the shipping charges or cover returning the product to us. However, we'll happily compensate for the difference with a coupon on a future order. Thanks for understanding!
